The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 175.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 104.38 per cent at Rs 34.09 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 104.60 per cent to Rs 31.61 crore from Rs 15.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 350.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 101.63 per cent to Rs 2.48 crore as against Rs 1.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.76 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 69.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 225.00 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.20 crore).
