The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.81 per cent at Rs 40.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.19 per cent to Rs 35.98 crore from Rs 31.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.58 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.32 per cent to Rs 4.82 crore as against Rs 4.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.23 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 2400.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.94 per cent at Rs 1.12 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.23 crore).
