The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 372.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 473.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.28 per cent at Rs 942.03 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 994.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.85 per cent to Rs 164.24 crore from Rs 190.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.97 per cent at Rs 90.65 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 82.43 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.24 per cent to Rs 777.79 crore as against Rs 803.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.15 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 69.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 269.45 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.07 per cent at Rs 142.61 crore (Sep'24 Rs 147.12 crore).
