The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 121.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.19 per cent at Rs 58.63 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.58 per cent to Rs 51.63 crore from Rs 67.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 58.44 per cent at Rs 1.87 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.50 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.28 per cent to Rs 7.00 crore as against Rs 4.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 73.55 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 35.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.44 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.63 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.43 crore).
