The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 75.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 76.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.75 per cent at Rs 54.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.64 per cent to Rs 31.53 crore from Rs 32.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.20 per cent at Rs 64.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 65.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.47 per cent to Rs 22.51 crore as against Rs 18.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.79 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 21.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.47 per cent at Rs 8.56 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.27 crore).
