The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9,847.97 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11984.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.51 per cent at Rs 33,030.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33,880.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.52 per cent to Rs 16,431.21 crore from Rs 16,855.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.16 per cent at Rs 3,423.79 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4,765.64 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.50 per cent to Rs 16,599.35 crore as against Rs 17,024.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 4.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,109.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.64 per cent at Rs 2,696.74 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3,051.98 crore).
