The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 144.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.59 per cent at Rs 115.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.94 per cent to Rs 86.16 crore from Rs 63.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 85.54 per cent at Rs 3.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.66 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 118.70 per cent to Rs 29.59 crore as against Rs 13.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 46.28 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 37.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 129.38 per cent at Rs 7.34 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.20 crore).
