The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 345.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 293.03 per cent at Rs 15.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 316.54 per cent to Rs 11.08 crore from Rs 2.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 325.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 249.63 per cent to Rs 4.72 crore as against Rs 1.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.39 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 344.44 per cent at Rs 1.20 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.27 crore).
