The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 130.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.49 per cent at Rs 151.29 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.85 per cent to Rs 139.97 crore from Rs 106.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 14.84 per cent at Rs 4.36 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 5.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 141.88 per cent to Rs 11.32 crore as against Rs 4.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 77.25 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 28.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 95.76 per cent at Rs 2.31 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.18 crore).
