The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.04 per cent at Rs 27.91 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.14 per cent to Rs 12.07 crore from Rs 11.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.99 per cent at Rs 3.91 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.97 per cent to Rs 15.84 crore as against Rs 15.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.11 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.90 per cent at Rs 4.58 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.13 crore).
