The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.26 per cent at Rs 151.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 158.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.39 per cent to Rs 147.26 crore from Rs 154.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.43 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.23 per cent to Rs 4.44 crore as against Rs 4.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.64 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 37.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.81 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.81 crore).
