The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 108.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 102.77 per cent at Rs 24.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 91.53 per cent to Rs 23.52 crore from Rs 12.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.42 per cent at Rs 3.59 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 280.56 per cent to Rs 0.65 crore as against Rs -0.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 188.20 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 279.17 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.24 crore).
