The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.97 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.41 per cent at Rs 43.61 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.56 per cent to Rs 39.29 crore from Rs 33.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 14.29 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 26.69 per cent to Rs 4.32 crore as against Rs 3.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.91 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 70.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 58.54 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.82 crore).
