The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 67.46 per cent at Rs 9.18 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 69.07 per cent to Rs 8.21 crore from Rs 26.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 79.35 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 42.51 per cent to Rs 0.96 crore as against Rs 1.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 77.20 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 106.10 per cent at Rs -0.05 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.82 crore).
