The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.97 per cent at Rs 20.41 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.63 per cent to Rs 16.84 crore from Rs 16.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 45.00 per cent at Rs 1.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.80 per cent to Rs 3.56 crore as against Rs 2.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.58 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 54.44 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.90 crore).
