Zenith Birla (India) Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the unwillingness of Promoters, namely M/s. Asian Distributors Pvt. Ltd and M/s. Birla Bombay Pvt. Ltd. to subscribe to the proposed issue of convertible warrants to Promoters on preferential basis, the Board has, by circular resolution dated November 19, 2014, decided to withdraw the proposed issue of convertible warrants to the above promoters on preferential basis.
