The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.98 per cent at Rs 34.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.80 per cent to Rs 29.43 crore from Rs 22.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 63.64 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.55 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 62.65 per cent to Rs 5.53 crore as against Rs 3.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.32 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 281.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.42 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
