The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 925.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 905.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.09 per cent at Rs 2,732.11 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,551.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.36 per cent to Rs 1,213.70 crore from Rs 1,120.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.19 per cent at Rs 262.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 370.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.09 per cent to Rs 1,518.41 crore as against Rs 1,431.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.93 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 9.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 269.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.37 per cent at Rs 283.28 crore (Sep'24 Rs 360.27 crore).
