The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.02 per cent at Rs 264.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 287.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.63 per cent to Rs 254.27 crore from Rs 284.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.36 per cent at Rs 21.78 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 23.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 281.64 per cent to Rs 9.77 crore as against Rs 2.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 315.73 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 27.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 108.93 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Sep'24 Rs -2.80 crore).
