The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 70.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 50.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.88 per cent at Rs 746.45 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 698.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.64 per cent to Rs 613.58 crore from Rs 575.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 198.97 per cent at Rs 11.57 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.87 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.98 per cent to Rs 132.87 crore as against Rs 123.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.02 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 73.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.12 per cent at Rs 24.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs 18.34 crore).
