The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 46.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 64.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.49 per cent at Rs 918.97 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 782.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.95 per cent to Rs 849.10 crore from Rs 696.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.21 per cent at Rs 13.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 13.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.71 per cent to Rs 69.87 crore as against Rs 85.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.85 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 88.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.94 per cent at Rs 12.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs 13.98 crore).
