The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 62.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 45.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.28 per cent at Rs 233.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 159.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.82 per cent to Rs 148.90 crore from Rs 96.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.57 per cent at Rs 3.00 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.71 per cent to Rs 85.00 crore as against Rs 63.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.91 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 82.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.86 per cent at Rs 21.20 crore (Sep'24 Rs 16.20 crore).
