The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.11 per cent at Rs 150.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 107.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 40.98 per cent to Rs 141.81 crore from Rs 100.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 156.11 per cent at Rs 4.61 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.39 per cent to Rs 8.79 crore as against Rs 6.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.03 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 133.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 221.62 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.37 crore).
