The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.60 per cent at Rs 44.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.96 per cent to Rs 27.67 crore from Rs 30.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 96.91 per cent at Rs 1.91 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.97 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 35.14 per cent to Rs 17.13 crore as against Rs 26.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.27 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 266.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.55 per cent at Rs 4.16 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.77 crore).
