The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 71.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.96 per cent at Rs 66.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.33 per cent to Rs 59.30 crore from Rs 56.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 22.82 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 73.37 per cent to Rs 7.16 crore as against Rs 4.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 57.69 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.32 per cent at Rs 1.33 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.71 crore).
