The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 96.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 86.20 per cent at Rs 15.82 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 85.30 per cent to Rs 16.35 crore from Rs 111.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.71 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 115.88 per cent to Rs -0.54 crore as against Rs 3.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 214.81 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 90.35 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.14 crore).
