Our founder promoter, Mr. Gopal Krishna Agarwal, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a post-graduate in Economics. He has experience of over 30 years in financial markets. He has held several important positions at regional and national levels in all India financial markets associations. He was National President of the Association of National Exchanges Members of India (ANMI), Commodity Participant Association of India (CPAI) and Depository Participants Association of India (DPAI). He was also a member of the Secondary Market Advisory Committee (SMAC) of SEBI. He is the managing committee member of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCII).He is the National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and has contributed to many policy initiatives of the government. He is a government nominee on the Central Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a member of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) - a think tank of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and a member of the Task Force on Financial Architecture of MSME, Ministry of Finance; Government of India. He has been an Independent Director on the Board of North Eastern Electric Power Company (NEEPCO) and Bank of Baroda (BOB). Presently, he is an Independent Director on the Board of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) and ICSI IIP (ICSI -Institute of Insolvency Professionals).His social initiatives involve water conservation as president of Jaladhikar Foundation, cow protection as Founder President of Shree Jee Gausadan and social welfare and think tank initiatives as a Chief Patron of Democratic Outreach for Social Transformation (DOST), Trustee of India Policy Foundation (IPF) and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherji Nyas.
Shri Bhupender Singh Bisht, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He had joined Power Finance Corporation (PFC) in the year 1989 and was working as Executive Director (Finance & Chief Risk Officer) before superannuating from the company. PFC is a CPSU & Maharatna Company of Govt of India. Mr. Bhupender has more than 32 years of experience in power and finance sector and has played a key role in Corporate Finance and formulating and monitoring the Corporate Risk Management framework. In PFC, he has handled multiple areas & domains in Finance, Legal & Documentations, Corporate Risk Management, Equity Investors Cell etc. In addition to above he also represented as PFC nominee Director in the Board of Directors of National Power Exchange Ltd. He has also represented in the Board of Directors of Orissa Power Consortium Ltd, as Lenders' Nominee Director.
Ms. Sonali Agarwal is the Director at Voguestock and Principal Officer for Insurance Operations. She heads the Insurance Business and leads various initiatives for Business Development. In the past few years, she has been instrumental in developing the insurance business at Voguestock to a new level. She is a Graduate in Economics (Hons) from University of Delhi and holds dual certificates in Post Graduation which includes a Masters Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Wildlife Conservation Action. Along with finance, her keen interest in wildlife and nature conservation led her to participate in some of the key conservation projects with reputed institutions like the Wildlife Institute of India, World Wild Fund for Nature, to name a few. She is passionate about working in challenging situations to drive business results and has a strong accountability to value add the customer portfolios.
Mr. Rahul Panwar is a team leader, with a vision. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT), Risk Management, Capital Markets and Financial Services. He is a Science Graduate and has completed various advance level courses and workshops in the field of IT and digital marketing. He has qualified various exams and completed trainings related to financial markets conducted by NISM, NSE, IRDA, ISO etc. His responsibilities at Voguestock include Technological Innovation, Risk Management, Operations, Administration, Business Development and Institutional Broking. He is also the Compliance Officer of the Company.
