Job description

• Schedule meetings with corporate clients for sale of general insurance products
• Working on lead generation as well as references for direct sales closure
• Meet pre decided sales targets
• Educating clients on various insurance options and tailoring solutions to their specific needs

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in direct insurance sales
• A Bachelor’s degree
• In-depth knowledge of general insurance products, policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and build trust
• The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships
• Top-notch negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and work under pressure
• Have a passion for sales and insurance
