No. CSFB.2024-25/575 dated March 24, 2025, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:\r\n\r\n1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Bank for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.\r\n2. To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity share capital of the Company for financial year 2024 - 25.\r\n
