The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.43 per cent at Rs 60.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 58.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.92 per cent to Rs 50.40 crore from Rs 49.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 45.70 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.80 per cent to Rs 10.26 crore as against Rs 8.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 2.92 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.19 crore).
