The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.51 per cent at Rs 13.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.76 per cent to Rs 10.57 crore from Rs 8.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 26.92 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.68 per cent to Rs 3.24 crore as against Rs 2.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.67 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 22.83 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.92 crore).
