The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.67 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.36 per cent at Rs 56.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.86 per cent to Rs 57.19 crore from Rs 61.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.89 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 146.43 per cent to Rs -0.52 crore as against Rs 1.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 151.40 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 83.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 46.96 per cent at Rs -2.66 crore (Mar'24 Rs -1.81 crore).
