The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.86 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.16 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.97 per cent at Rs 33.89 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.81 per cent to Rs 28.62 crore from Rs 20.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1287.80 per cent at Rs 4.87 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -0.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.75 per cent to Rs 5.27 crore as against Rs 4.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.38 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 77.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 435.29 per cent at Rs 1.71 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.51 crore).
