The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.40 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 79.18 per cent at Rs 239.15 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 88.19 per cent to Rs 239.25 crore from Rs 127.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 460.13 per cent at Rs 8.57 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 101.58 per cent to Rs -0.10 crore as against Rs 6.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.84 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 133.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 63.77 per cent at Rs 2.26 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.38 crore).
