The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5033.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.15 per cent at Rs 79.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.33 per cent to Rs 73.33 crore from Rs 61.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 56.10 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 65.17 per cent to Rs 6.64 crore as against Rs 4.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 34.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
