The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.48 per cent at Rs 56.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.72 per cent to Rs 47.23 crore from Rs 52.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 69.52 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.87 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.19 per cent to Rs 9.68 crore as against Rs 10.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.37 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 7.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 500.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
