We wish to inform you that email received by the Company from NSE and BSE dated 17th March, 2025 regarding Non- Compliance of Regulation 17(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 were placed before the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 14th May, 2025. The Board of Directors had discussed and taken note of the matter of Non-Compliance.
