The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 59.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 4507.50 per cent at Rs 18.43 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9042.11 per cent to Rs 17.37 crore from Rs 0.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.29 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 404.76 per cent to Rs 1.06 crore as against Rs 0.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 88.98 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 766.67 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
