The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.71 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.84 per cent at Rs 41.38 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.08 per cent to Rs 39.33 crore from Rs 34.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 98.31 per cent at Rs 1.17 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 59.45 per cent to Rs 2.06 crore as against Rs 5.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 60.99 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.67 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.96 crore).
