The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.72 per cent at Rs 91.45 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 100.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.31 per cent to Rs 86.08 crore from Rs 91.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 533.33 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 35.38 per cent to Rs 5.37 crore as against Rs 8.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.16 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 22.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 68.75 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.80 crore).
