The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 60.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.28 per cent at Rs 13.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.02 per cent to Rs 13.30 crore from Rs 14.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 88.33 per cent to Rs 0.07 crore as against Rs 0.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 86.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
