In continuation to our intimation dated 07th & 8th July 2025, with reference to our earlier submission of Notice of EGM-Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors meetings for obtaining the shareholders approval on the resolutions stated therein, to be held on Saturday, 09th August, 2025 at 11.30 AM at the Registered office of the Company. An addendum has been issued to inform the Stakeholders of the Company the additions in the explanatory statement contained in the Notice.
