The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.18 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.90 per cent at Rs 427.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 298.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.56 per cent to Rs 405.34 crore from Rs 282.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.63 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.56 per cent to Rs 21.72 crore as against Rs 16.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.65 per cent at Rs 3.17 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.27 crore).
