The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.24 per cent at Rs 248.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 196.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.56 per cent to Rs 228.54 crore from Rs 182.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.77 per cent at Rs 4.34 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.99 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.83 per cent to Rs 27.88 crore as against Rs 21.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.60 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.68 per cent at Rs 7.83 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.28 crore).
