The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4,912.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4917.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.28 per cent at Rs 19,601.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16,857.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.01 per cent to Rs 13,488.64 crore from Rs 10,704.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.59 per cent at Rs 662.08 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 701.27 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.54 per cent to Rs 6,261.27 crore as against Rs 6,295.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.48 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 16.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.93 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.09 per cent at Rs 1,632.75 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1,634.25 crore).
