The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 258.51 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 327.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.12 per cent at Rs 822.44 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 831.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.46 per cent to Rs 167.78 crore from Rs 196.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 19.40 per cent at Rs 84.95 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 71.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.00 per cent to Rs 654.66 crore as against Rs 635.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 28.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 182.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 55.62 per cent at Rs 158.55 crore (Jun'24 Rs 101.88 crore).
