Re-Appointment of Mr. Gopal Agrawal as the Managing Director - Executive Director of the Company for a term of three years including and upto December 18, 2028;\r\n2. Re-Appointment of Mr. Shyam Agrawal as the Whole-Time Director - Executive Director of the Company for a term of three years including and upto December 18, 2028;\r\n3. Re-Appointment of Mr. Sanjay Trilokchand Agrawal as the Whole-Time Director - Executive Director of the Company for a term of three years including and upto May 21, 2029;
