The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 58.41 per cent at Rs 25.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 57.74 per cent to Rs 25.93 crore from Rs 61.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 143.48 per cent at Rs 1.12 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.46 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 103.30 per cent to Rs -0.03 crore as against Rs 0.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 107.53 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 13.33 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.30 crore).
