The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.68 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.22 per cent at Rs 89.45 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 85.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.55 per cent to Rs 86.90 crore from Rs 83.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.93 per cent to Rs 2.54 crore as against Rs 2.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.84 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 35.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.41 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
