With reference to the captioned subject, it is being informed that the dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the register of members as at the end of business hours on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 being cut-off date (\Record date\) for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to members in respect of resolution to be transacted at the AGM scheduled to be held on September 03, 2025.
